OOOOOH I AM SO STEAMING MAD....

APPARENTLY, there is roadwork on the train tracks to Utrecht today. APPARENTLY none of the trains are running as scheduled. APPARENTLY one needs to actually GO to the #%!!&! station and wonder where their train is to actually discover this. AND THEN one APPARENTLY has to book completely different train tickets to Germany to arrive THREE HOURS later than one originally planned because the FINE people at NS do not feel it is necessary to inform one of any of this.

AND THEN, one, despite all best efforts not to, needs to burst into tears at the ticket counter ONLY to discover, after a stop at the pharmacy to stock up on antacids, that all escalators to the trains and buses (back to the office, what's there to do at the station?) ARE BROKEN, making it virtually impossible to get luggage up several flights of stairs to the tram and bus stop. ONE SAYS SEVERAL BAD WORDS VERY LOUDLY as she gets in line for the 3rd taxi ride of the day.
