mobile technology eludes me once again

Have just spent 2 hours of both mine and The Boss' time in T-Mobile to what I thought was FINALLY get set up with the latest and greatest super swank MDA III T-Mobile Pocket PC, after an extensive investigation of the product last week. Of course thanks to the seemingly endless inability to get decent service in this country and the apparent penchant of T-Mobile to hire staff that is in a perpetual state of confusion, all I left with was a stomach ache.

I wonder if there's any Pepto Bismol kickin' around downstairs...
