Not much else to do throughout a sleepless night than let your mind wander to, amongst other things, Tasks That Need to be Completed Before the Next Trip. And seeing as how I am reverting to the lighter shade of pale I was before Brazil, a trip to the solarium makes the top of the list. Will stop en route to work so as to embark on a rigorous schedule before Bonn. Again...hard work..dedication...RESULTS! *snicker snicker* Must also remember to start deciding which shoes I want to take...

BAH...too late to allow myself to fall back to sleep and to early to actually feel like getting out of bed for Tae Bo. A peek outside the curtains reveals another rainy day that is urging one to stay under the covers and watch Bridget Jones. Yes, it's going to be one of those days, if only in spirit as there is no way NOT going to the office is remotely feasible.

And on that note might as well just suck it up, get outta bed and get the trainers on...
