The day is flowing by, rather hurriedly toward an end as it were. Having had less ambition to do anything today than I have had in a long, long while, I have been most content to get up at 10 (UNHEARD OF!) and remain in the jammies 'til now, a full5 hours later, feuling the both the soul and limited energy requirement of the day with warm, toasty liquids. Deliciously aromatic coffee, hot chocoloate in all of milk and white and minty flavours, and despite lacking solid consistency

**HAPPINESS INTERLUDE**!! Just got a call from GP, who I have been waiting to hear from all week as per the trip to Havana and who occupies my thoughts quite constantly. But he sounds ok, and appears to have enjoyed his time away. And we spoke of Christmas and New Years and I am so, so, SO looking forward to see him again!! It was a relief to hear him somewhat content...

And with this happy thought I will use the endorphins to their best potential and put on the 'Bo dvd...the day cannot be completely lacking in substance.
